Communication
The basic tenet that effective communication is vital to the successful practice of natural outdoor classrooms.
Leadership
Understand the power of one and how important you are as an agent of change in the movement to promote, enhance and sustain the natural outdoor classroom at your site or programs.
When you sign up, you will be automatically registered for all six half-day (9:00 am - 12:30 pm PST) virtual workshop sessions. You will receive the Zoom link and detailed instructions on how to download your workshop materials prior to each session.
What is included?
The Outdoor Classroom Project Program Development and Staff Training Guide.
When you enroll, you will receive a digital copy of our Outdoor Classroom Project Program Development and Staff Training guide which contains important resources and is the required reading for the course.
Workshop Handouts and Resources.
Also included with in enrollment is a packet of specific handouts and rich classroom resources that will be referenced throughout the workshop series.
Professional Certificate.
Upon completion of the training, you will receive an official Professional Certificate to mark your participation and professional advancement.

Fees
The registration fee is $375.00 and includes training sessions, The Outdoor Classroom Project Program Development and Staff Training Guide, training handouts, and Certificate of Completion.
Cancellation Policy
Any fee paid is non-refundable. Any cancellations must be in writing, via email, to outdoorclassroomproject@ceconline.org

The Child Educational Center’s Outdoor Classroom Project® (OCP) materials and trainings are protected by Intellectual Property laws, including trademark and copyright, against unauthorized use.
Completing an Outdoor Classroom Project Professional Certificate Training (OCPPCT) class is intended to provide information and training to participating educators and staff to provide support to the early childhood program, school, staff, and administration in which they are employed in order to successfully transform their yards into natural outdoor classrooms. Completion or participation in/from OCPPCT does not qualify or certify any individual to provide Outdoor Classroom consultation or trainings outside of the early childhood center in which they are employed.
Child Educational Center (CEC) and Outdoor Classroom Project trademarks, copyrights or other proprietary materials may only be used publicly with advance written permission from the CEC’s Director of Consulting and Professional Development and requires proper acknowledgement.
Attendance and/or completion of the Outdoor Classroom Project Professional Certificate Trainings or other OCP trainings does not constitute a license to use OCP Intellectual Property, trademarks, copyrights, or other proprietary material and does not qualify or certify me to provide any consultation or training to early childhood programs, staff, individuals or groups.
